Starting with self-leadership, the Self Navigation™ workshop for leaders and high-potentials helps them to lead themselves to their next step in the organization. 

Manager as Coach™ (​MAC) trains managers to conduct short impactful coaching conversations with individual team members, to allow them to move on, overcome challenges and perform better.

Manager as Team Navigator™ (MAT) is a highly practical training program for managers to engage, align and lead their team as a whole for going through changes and reaching highly effective results.

These solutions are available as a continuous development pathway, or as stand-alone programs. For example, a major pharmaceutical company mostly runs the Manager as Coach workshop to develop the leadership skills of first and second line managers working in global, diverse and virtual team environments.  Another client runs all three as a development pathway, spread over 18 months, with further online events between the face-to-face sessions.
