The Vice President International Operations of a global hotel group wants to
sharpen his business writing skills
The VP International Operations of a leading international hotel group wants to save time, improve quality and increase impact with all his written communication. With 20 existing hotels within his region that report to him and with significant expansion plans over a large area he receives some 150 emails a day which of course his PA also assists with.
As part of the preparation, there was an initial telephone conversation to clarify the coaching goals and to check that he would be comfortable working with this coach. The VP sent the businessfruit coach some writing samples to look at. He then met with the businessfruit coach for a 1 day coaching session at one of his hotels. Using the Writing Dynamics™ system as a framework, they worked from the start on two documents of high strategic importance, learning and applying key writing tools to plan, draft and edit these documents to a high standard.
