now looking for two 'coachees' to pilot the executive coaching program.
The Executive NEWS™ Coaching program typically takes place over 10 sessions of 90 minutes, some face-to-face and some that can take place using Skype, phone or another online communication tool. Note that we also arrange 3-way meetings between the coachee, their manager and the coach - before, mid-way and after the coaching sessions - to help ensure alignment with organizational needs and objectives and buy-in from all direct stakeholders in the coaching process.
The Executive NEWS™ Coaching fee is 6400 euros (+VAT)*. For the first two people taking up the program with Businessfruit, we are offering a
