Need The IT Director at a premier 'Top 10' business school wants to bring together his team of managers to engage and align the IT Department for a new strategic initiative.
Solution Following a face-to-face preparation meeting with the IT Director, the team of 12 IT managers met for a two day workshop, facilitated by businessfruit. As part of the preparation each manager completed the Team Management Profile™ online questionnaire. During the event we worked through the TMP wheel to clarify the key focus, tasks and roles within the team and then all participants received their personal TMP profile report. There were a range of team building activities and discussions to help the team identify the key success factors in the team and plan for effective implementation.
Results The event created an open climate within the team that the IT Director was seeking in order to lead the desired strategic changes.
